A: The frequency of a pump out will vary depending on the size of the tank and how many people occupy the property. As a guide we recommend a clean out every 3 to 5 years.
Q: How long does it take to perform this?
A: Depending on the size, contents and location of the tank, a typical pump out should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Q: How close does the truck need to be to the tank?
A: The closer we can get to your tank, the more efficient we will be, especially if there is a drop down to the tank. Please contact us to discuss your individual situation.
Q: How much hose do you have?
A: We carry approximately 50m of hose at all times, with the ability to bring more if we are given notice.
Q: How big is your truck?
A: We have an 8000L tank and our truck is the approximate size of a small concrete truck.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
